The following lists will point you to web sites that contain good information and help in your web design endeavors. This is not an all inclusive list as there are many sources available on the internet, but it's a good place to start.

HTML Help
HTML Goodies: This is a great site with help and information designed for the beginner to the advanced. Here you'll find tutorials on everything from tables to advanced scripting. There are also many links to other sites with "web resources". Check this one out first!

The Web Design Group: Here you'll find various references for all aspects of HTML authoring. The site is geared towards those with some general knowledge of HTML, but the contents are laid out nicely and is up to date.

Java and CGI Scripts
Dynamic Drive: One of my favorite spots for scripts. The site is well laid out and the scripts are categorized by type. Examples of the scripts in action are also included for most offerings here.

Matt's Script Archive : One of the 'Nets largest libraries of javascript and CGI forms. A must see!

Image Archives
Freedom Graphics : Free unique high quality seamless and border backgrounds for web designers. Categories include cats, birds, special effects, flowers and stained glass.

Animation Factory : Over 3,000 animations free for use.

IconBAZZAR : Fun stuff for your web site. Animated and still images.

Clipart.com : Boasting the largest collection of clip art and images on the 'Net. Not free, but inexpensive if you use it a lot.

321Clipart : Big selection, including web page templates and sets. A link back to their site is all that's required.

The Free Graphics Store : Boasting 1275 free web graphics.

Free-Graphics : More free images plus links to other free image sites.

Boogie Jack's Web Depot : A fun spot with great images specifically for web design. There are also general web resources here too.
